  • Custom development projects are eligible for refund before development begins
  • Hosting services can be refunded within 30 days if unused
  • Domain registration fees are non-refundable after registration

Refund Timeline

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days

Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed custom development work
  • Used hosting services beyond 30-day trial period
  • Third-party service fees (domains, SSL certificates)
  • Consultation services after completion
  • Setup and configuration fees for completed work

Cancellation Policy

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing cycle
  • No refunds for partial months of subscription services
  • Annual plans are prorated for unused months if cancelled early
