Domain registration fees are non-refundable after registration

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days

Non-Refundable Services

Completed custom development work
Used hosting services beyond 30-day trial period
Third-party service fees (domains, SSL certificates)
Consultation services after completion
Setup and configuration fees for completed work

Cancellation Policy

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime
Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing cycle
No refunds for partial months of subscription services
Annual plans are prorated for unused months if cancelled early
